She awakens and slowly rises. Blinking the sleep from her amber eyes she stretches and climbs gracefully into the ebony sky. Her golden coat like flames on the horizon. As she makes her ways from east to west she will hide behind the clouds and stalk dancing leaves in the wind. Later she will make a bed behind the hills where her auburn stripes will slowly fade into the soft purple of the coming twilight. Her purrs muted by crickets and the soft night wind. She will slumber until another dawn.
